blowing me off like a super star… holy shit. How not to interview someone:

1. Call the interviewee in middle of the business day
2. Don’t call the interviewee during the accepted appointment time due to doubts of them being available. (after only calling at the worst possible times)
3. Don’t send an email to the interviewee, send an email to their references asking why the aren’t returning your phone calls.
4. Don’t pick up the phone when the interviewee calls
5. Give out absolutely no details about the job, the pay, the organization structure, or what company the interviewee will finally work for.

Etc.. etc.. etc..
