blowing me off like a super star… holy shit. How not to interview someone:
- Call the interviewee in middle of the business day
- Don’t call the interviewee during the accepted appointment time due to doubts of them being available. (after only calling at the worst possible times)
- Don’t send an email to the interviewee, send an email to their references asking why the aren’t returning your phone calls.
- Don’t pick up the phone when the interviewee calls
- Give out absolutely no details about the job, the pay, the organization structure, or what company the interviewee will finally work for.
Etc.. etc.. etc..
