If something was ‘CRITICAL’, how come you didn’t test it out during out two week test-phase before the migration. LOVE IT.

I now have only two meetings on my calendar daily. Dropping responsibilities is the greatest thing I’ve ever done. And, seriously, I’ve done more work in the last two months and accomplished more ‘walk away like a bad-ass’ stuff than I thought possible.

So, tumblr, where did your features go? Specifically I’m talking about the Tumblr Map and the Tumblr stream-thingie. They’ve been disabled/gone for months. How else am I supposed to find blogs of people near me or posts as they happen.. I mean, you’ve got this directory thingie.. which, I guess, lets me find blogs that people have rated up really high.. but, thats not really why...

About my newest build
6128 opteron (8 core, 2ghz, 45nm) 12GB DDR3 ram ASUS KGPE-D16 128GB SSD 2TB HD few video cards I’ll hopefully have it running this week. If the SSD is still not that fast, I’ll toss it in my laptop and get the SAS card and a new 15krpm drive.. nothing has made our builds faster than the 15rpm drives.. Or, maybe its time to move to a sync’ing ramdrive… Why not Core...
