I disagree with all of your requirements. You are misunderstanding how computers work, and are far from my target user. I will make magic flags in the code that disable your rules at my convenience.

Using micro-instances instead of deploying lots of JVMs on a single Large instance, is working out quite well. Easier for me to manage and monitor. Performing at nearly the same scale with 16 micros vs 4 larges with 4 deployments each.

How much of my life has been wasted on waiting for games to start on my playstation3. Really, battlefield 3, it takes a full minute before you can show me the menu? How about you show me that menu first, and then you show me who sponsored the game WHILE THE GAME IS ACTUALLY LOADING.

97 floor boards with dents/scratches on a brand new house = fail. Telling the delivery guy to not bother bringing a washing machine already dented in their warehouse = kinda win. Waiting for them to find me another one.
Hung my first window treatment this morning too.. mad success; cut is perfect, almost no gap around the blinds.

Just read a sad article about radiation levels at the Fukushima nuclear plants in Japan still going nuts with radiation leaks.
Isn’t it illegal to declare that you are collecting taxes on behalf of the government, and then not give that money to the government?
In fact, I’m guilty of the same practice, emailing support for documentation to do X, rather than just asking “Can you do X for me?” or “Do you have any ideas on how I can achieve X”
Sometimes stepping away from the technical role, and letting the service providers provide service is difficult.

I feel like there is an abundance of misunderstandings about how computer networks work. In.. my IT organization..
Weeks go by with no one using that feature, or even complaining that the feature is broken. Remove it? Is it a hint? Or human nature?
